Dormitory, located at 50 Ulitsa Bolshaya Pereyaslavskaya, is a student dormitory for HSE University. This apartment offers a comfortable and convenient living space tailored to your academic needs

Accommodation Details:

This student apartment offers a cozy retreat equipped with essential amenities for comfortable living. The space includes bedrooms, shared living areas, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Furnished with student-friendly essentials, the apartment provides a conducive environment for academic pursuits and relaxation.

There are 4 elevators in the building – two passenger elevators and two service elevators.

A block includes two rooms – a small room (13,8 – 13,9 sq m for two persons) and a big one (19,3 – 20,0 sq m for three persons).

All rooms are fully equipped for comfortable living: beds (with mattresses), desks, chairs, closets with three sections for clothes and bedside-tables.

There is a separate WC and a bathroom in each block.

Students are responsible for cleaning their rooms themselves.

BOOKING FEE

A one-time payment of €250 is required to secure your accommodation once we have sent you a contract offer.

Please kindly note that after your Booking, you will be contacted via Email to begin the process of your Accommodation.

You will be requested to provide the following documents:-

Copy of Passport or Identity Card
Confirmation Letter of Study or Letter of Internship
Completed Application Form and Signed Consent Form

Be informed that your booking does NOT automatically confirm your accommodation. There are a few more steps that need to be followed, which are providing the above listed application documents.

After the process of your accommodation has been completed, your Housing Contract will be sent to you (via email) within 7-14 working days..

SECURITY AND ENTRY REGULATIONS

Private security supervises the dorm.
Guards monitor what happens inside the facilities, and video cameras have been installed near the dormitory’s entrance and along its perimeters.
Parents and guests are allowed in the dorm daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
The dormitory is open 24/7 for HSE students.
