A one-time payment of €250 is required to secure your accommodation once we have sent you a contract offer.
Security Deposit (Caution) = € 450 MUST be paid directly to the Landlord before move-in.
The deposit serves to secure receivables that may arise in connection with the tenancy agreement and will be returned to
the bank account specified after the apartment has been vacated and left in orderly condition with no defects.
EXTRA COSTS:
An “additional contract fee” equivalent to one (1) month rent needs to be paid to the Landlord in addition to the Security deposit equivalent to one (1) month rent
