Security Deposit (Caution) = € 1,000 MUST be paid directly to the Landlord before move-in.
The deposit serves to secure receivables that may arise in connection with the tenancy agreement and will be returned to
the bank account specified after the apartment has been vacated and left in orderly condition with no defects.
A one-off “contract fee” of EUR 100, – needs to be paid to the Landlord in addition to the Security deposit.
