Security Deposit (Caution) = € 3,360 MUST be paid directly to the Landlord before move-in.
The deposit serves to secure receivables that may arise in connection with the tenancy agreement and will be returned to
the bank account specified after the apartment has been vacated and left in orderly condition with no defects.
Upon the conclusion of a tenancy agreement, a one-off administration fee of EUR 250,- falls due. It is structured as follows:
