EXTRA COSTS

Upon the conclusion of a tenancy agreement, a one-off administration fee of EUR 230,- falls due. It is structured as follows:

  • One Time Registration fee: EUR 20
  • Final Cleaning fee: EUR 80
  • Contract fee: EUR 80
  • General Loss fee: EUR 50

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please kindly note that after your Booking, you will be contacted via Email to begin the process of your Accommodation.

You will be requested to provide the following documents:-

  • Copy of Passport or Identity Card
  • Confirmation Letter of Study or Letter of Internship
  • Completed Application Form and Signed Consent Form (these forms will be sent to you via email after your booking)

After the process of your accommodation has been completed, your Housing Contract will be sent to you (via email) within 7-14 working days.
